Evan Moore

Senior Policy Analyst

Evan Moore joined the Foreign Policy Initiative in January 2010 as a Policy Analyst.  A native and resident of Virginia, Evan earned his BA in Government and International Politics (specializing in International and Comparative Politics) from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, as well as a MS in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University.  His thesis assessed the prospects for future democratization of the Middle East.

Evan also previously interned for the Foreign Policy Initiative and the State Department’s Office of WMD Terrorism.  His work has appeared on National Review Online, The Weekly Standard's blog, RealClearWorld, U.S. News and World Report's website, The Diplomat, The Commentator, and The Journal of International Security Affairs.
